Rules for the Legal PK Subscription:

 

 

1.       Player who wishes to subscribe must file in the Helpdesk by selecting the JOIN EVENTS, subject: I AM A BLOOD HUNTER! and indicate which character will be enrolled.

 

2.      Subscription will be open on every 1st-25th day of the month and list will be posted every 30th or 31st day of every month in SkyBlade's website. Event will commence on the first day of the next month,12MN. Updates on BLOOD HUNTER'S List will be provided daily.

 

(Scenarios/Examples)

 

1.) Player A registered on February 5, 2010, his subscription will last until February 28, 2010 (exemption for the month of February which only has 28 days) BUT BLOOD HUNTERS SUBCRIPTION WILL ALWAYS LAST FOR 30 DAYS ONLY! EX. MARCH HAS 31 DAYS, PLAYERS SUBCRIPTION WILL ONLY BE EFFECTIVE UNTIL MARCH 30, 2010)

 

2.) Player B registered on February 23, 2010, his subscription will last until February 28, 2010 or his registratiuon will be accomodated for MARCH (next month's wave) , this will depend on his preference. One choice only! Same preference will not be entertained.

 

3.) Player C's Blood Hunters subscription expired on February 28, 2010. He could still register again if he wish to participate for March's Blood Hunters list. Same policy will apply (His subscription will last until March 30, 2010!)

 

3.      Subscription is per character; a player wanted to enroll his/her other characters that belongs to the same account is allowed.

 

4.      The subscription will last for 30 days; termination of subscription before the end date will not be honored.

 

5.      Players can be identified as a BLOOD HUNTER thru their ALIAS. If the player will change his/her alias during the event, the player will be disqualified from the event, a fee of 20 Million game gold, and suspension of 5 days for event disruption.

 

6.      Subscribed players can kill and be killed only by the subscribed players otherwise policy for player killing applies.

 

a.              If Player A had subscribed with the Legal PK and  killed the non-subscriber, game policy for Player Killing will be served to him or vice versa

 

b.              If Player B, a subscriber of legal PK killed by a non-subscriber or vice versa, game policy for Player Killing will be served to the non-subscriber because PK was illegally made by him.

 

c.               If players are both non-subscriber of legal PK policy still applies on both parties.

 

 

7.      Armors that will be dropped from a Blood Hunter when killed can be returned provided he will exchange it with corresponding item as follow;

 

 

8.      Player Killing reports should be file via Helpdesk and with screenshots under the category of Game / Event Disruption, sub-category of Player Killing.

 

9.      Reminders on being a BLOOD HUNTER:

 

·          Value of Good (VOG) will still be deducted

·          Items will still be dropped when hit by Black Police if your character is red name and your VOG is -2,500.

·          Experience/Level down when character died.

POLICY ON BLOOD HUNTER'S IDENTIFICATION THRU ITS ALIAS

 

 

1.      The official list of BLOOD HUNTERS will be posted in SkyBlade’s website and forum every 30th and 31^st day of every month. A Blood Hunter should agree to affix the term “Blood Hunter” on his alias to identify him as one. This alias will be applied throughout the 30 days subscription period.

 

2.      If a subscribed legal PK w/o a Blood Hunter affixed on his alias killed other character who is not subscribed to Legal PK in-game and filed a report against him thru the Helpdesk, PK policy applies and sanction will be served.

 

3.      If a subscribed legal PK w/o a Blood Hunter affixed on his alias killed other fellow Blood Hunter, sanction will apply as it will be considered as an illegal PK. If in case, a killed mananabas filed a report thru the Helpdesk.

 

4.      If a subscribed legal PK w/o a Blood Hunter affixed on his alias was PKed by a fellow Blood Hunter, he then has no right to report this as an illegal PK.
